CAAPSS envisions a safe world where every child, youth, and adult achieve their full potential by living a life of dignity, abundance, and joy, free from poverty.

To empower children, youth, and families of Abyei to help them overcome poverty through education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Help CAAPSS support vulnerable populations of South Sudan in Alberta, Alberta or/and in South Sudan, South Sudan.

CAAPSS ENVISION
CAAPSS was founded by William Kual Deng Kual in 2019 to help South Sudanese less privileged youth and families in Alberta and in South Sudan overcome challenged through education, employment and entrepreneurship. Kual Deng Kual as a strong passion for empowering community members here in Canada and in his home country in South Sudan.
